Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech)
- Proven track record of converting futuristic concepts into business value
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with patent analysis and technology forecasting tools
