Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess business impact
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities in emerging fields
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to execution
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Build frameworks for evaluating and adopting breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
