Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead innovation workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Manage technology incubation programs for disruptive innovations
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Proven experience developing future technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation labs or incubation programs
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
