Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies into core business operations
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify technological gaps and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical adoption of emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology innovation, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful future-focused technology strategies
