Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmapping for next-gen technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech sectors
- Design scalable frameworks integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Drive ethical innovation initiatives aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
