Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 tech leaders
- Present future technology strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and ROI analysis for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership publications on technology forecasting and adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M and cross-continental teams
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency a plus
