- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 parallel initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching market-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
