Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $100M+ market potential
- Design pilot programs for next-gen human-AI interfaces and neural networks
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with MIT and Stanford labs on cutting-edge R&D initiatives
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across global operations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futuristic technology implementation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $500M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ in tech innovation roles
