Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon) with market impact analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future tech scenarios to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption rates
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
