Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for futuristic solutions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Develop KPIs and frameworks to measure the impact of future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative tech initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
