Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ tech landscapes including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor regulatory shifts impacting emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future tech into current product pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech integration, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (whitepapers, patents, or industry keynotes)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
