Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) for commercial viability and strategic integration.
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions.
- Establish partnerships with academic labs, startups, and Fortune 500 R&D teams.
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders.
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption.
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years experience in technology forecasting or corporate innovation roles.
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market.
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems.
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities.
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy.
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants.
