Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across quantum, bioinformatics, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven risk assessments
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Oversee compliance with evolving ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-negative tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience navigating international tech policy frameworks (US/EU/Asia)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
