Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in quantum algorithms or sustainable AI systems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized futuristic technologies
- Clearance for DoD/DoE classified innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global tech partnerships
