Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with tech focus
