Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and develop 5-10 year implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with venture capital ecosystem and startup collaboration
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMS)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
