Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present compelling tech vision to stakeholders through data-driven narratives
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for future innovations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and market analysis
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
- Experience building and scaling tech innovation labs
