Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational objectives
- Research and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Drive organizational change management to prepare teams for technological disruption
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Horizon Scanning)
