Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks with ROI projections
- Partner with VPs of Engineering and Product to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable impact
