Responsibilities

- Present technology briefings to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab operations and $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor junior engineers on future tech integration methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Deep understanding of tech convergence trends and ethical implications
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or conferences
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
