Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends with 5+ year market impact
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech solutions
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and evaluate next-generation startups for strategic acquisition
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive leadership and board members quarterly
- Architect innovation sandbox environments for prototyping future technologies
- Represent the organization at global tech summits and standards bodies
- Mentor internal talent in emerging technologies and strategic innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future technologies (patents, white papers, or books)
- Executive-level experience leading multi-million dollar R&D initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Track record of driving technological innovation from concept to market
- Certification in emerging technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
