Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic integration opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and tech incubators
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or enterprise architecture
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong background in ethical technology implementation and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience leading distributed innovation teams across global markets
