Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech ecosystems and patent landscapes
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with VCs to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership
- Author thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in futuristic tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
