Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with market potential
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Create financial models and ROI projections for experimental technology initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum fields
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
