Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) with commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption across industries
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor technical teams in adopting future-ready methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with exposure to emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience building innovation pipelines from concept to market
- Certifications in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
