Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market shifts to inform 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities in quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption impacts on business operations and customer experiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions before market entry
- Create compelling executive presentations on technology futures and their strategic implications
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology innovation ROI and competitive positioning
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
