Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers to gain first-mover advantages
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging technology investments and build business cases for pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model long-term market scenarios and disruption vectors
- Executive presence with demonstrated success presenting to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy preferred
