Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biometric authentication systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AR/VR experiences for 2026 consumer markets
- Analyze global tech policy shifts to position company for regulatory compliance and innovation advantages
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire startups developing 2026-enabling technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech adoption timelines
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impacts of decentralized AI networks
- Manage $50M annual R&D budget allocation across future technology verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA partnerships for future tech initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of successfully launched products with >$100M ARR impact
