Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead innovation initiatives from ideation through commercialization, managing proof-of-concept projects
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies through internal education and client workshops
- Analyze market gaps and competitive landscapes to position InnovateX as an industry leader
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future tech
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum AI, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
