Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, metaverse)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present strategic technology briefings to stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Manage vendor partnerships for cutting-edge tech solutions
- Drive organizational change management for tech transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in implementing future-ready tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CTO School)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in enterprise environments ($1B+ revenue)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (articles, patents, or keynotes)
