Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with company goals and market trends
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate future technologies into product development
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to provide strategic insights
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for new technologies
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a business context
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate vision to diverse audiences
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing projects from conception to completion
- Passion for emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable tech
