- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough innovations
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems scenarios
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
