Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy encompassing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, quantum AI, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex futures
