Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive tech solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify market opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry research and analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience managing R&D budgets over $5M
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (articles, patents, etc.)
