- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling experimental solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for future tech offerings
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology strategy to stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/Web3)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
