Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market impact through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineers and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify partnership opportunities in emerging tech
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI
- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving tech regulations and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends and driving innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data modeling
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS) or relevant advanced training
