Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct market analysis of emerging tech patent landscapes and regulatory shifts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $10M+ R&D budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech applications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to IPO
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD-level clearance
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
