Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligning technology trends with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and translating them to market opportunities
- Expertise in at least one emerging technology domain (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of published tech foresight work or strategic initiatives
