Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026's most pressing challenges
- Mentor emerging talent in future technologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-level decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup or corporate innovation environments
