Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech) and assess market viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen technologies into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present technology trends and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
