Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips)
- Experience securing federal/state technology innovation grants
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
