Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs and measure ROI for innovation initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong data analytics and quantitative modeling skills
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology journals
