Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Innovation Accelerator
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical factors impacting future tech adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and neurotech pioneers
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D investments in sustainable technology and climate resilience systems
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry white papers
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations with measurable outcomes
