Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech domains
- Present findings to executive leadership and drive technology adoption initiatives
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Assess ROI and risk profiles for experimental technologies
- Create thought leadership content positioning company as future-tech pioneer
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
