Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2035
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and pilot programs
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) preferred
