- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize R&D investments and accelerate tech-to-market timelines
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for co-innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience building and leading high-performance innovation teams
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Futures Studies) preferred
