Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or AI ethics
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing institutional R&D funding >$3M
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
