Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 business objectives and market trends
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future tech applications
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk mitigation plans
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across product development and operational frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical background with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CISSP) highly valued
