Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Identify and prioritize disruptive innovation opportunities with market impact potential
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments quarterly
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for future initiatives
- Represent company at global tech forums and partner summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
