Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum computing and next-gen AI
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive technology
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on decentralized identity systems
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants and partnerships
- Author white papers for IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development or advanced ML research
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants
- Strong background in cryptography and blockchain systems
- Proven track record of commercializing research
